### Execution shows up in the product

December clarified where platforms were placing their bets.
**January shows those bets being shipped.**

Following the holiday period, platform activity picked up materially, with a concentrated set of announcements spanning AI infrastructure, scheduling and utilization, authorization readiness, accreditation, workforce tooling, and capital deployment.

This month reads less like repositioning and more like **execution surfacing in public**.

## 📉 Market Signals & Hiring Trends

There were no material changes in platform hiring patterns this month.

Headcount and open roles remain broadly stable, suggesting January’s activity reflects **release timing and partner announcements**, not new hiring cycles or strategic pivots.

One exception worth noting: [**Hi Rasmus**](https://www.missionviewpoint.com/platform-card-hi-rasmus-2/) **posted six new open positions this month**, a modest but notable increase relative to otherwise stable platform hiring patterns.
