CentralReach is the dominant practice management platform in the ABA market, providing systems for scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, authorizations, and operational reporting. It is used by a large majority of multi-state and enterprise ABA providers and serves as the system of record for core clinical and administrative workflows.

For many organizations, CentralReach functions less as a single application and more as a foundational layer around which other tools, integrations, and processes are built.

**Context:** CentralReach operates within Roper Technologies’ vertical software portfolio following Roper’s acquisition of the company in April 2025\. In September 2026, longtime CEO Chris Sullens announced he would step down after eight years leading the company. COO Clark Convery was named Interim CEO effective September 5 while CentralReach conducts a search for a permanent successor.
