Following the holiday period, platform activity picked up materially, with a concentrated set of announcements spanning AI infrastructure, scheduling and utilization, authorization readiness, accreditation, workforce tooling, and capital deployment.

This month reads less like repositioning and more like execution surfacing in public.

There were no material changes in platform hiring patterns this month.

Headcount and open roles remain broadly stable, suggesting January’s activity reflects release timing and partner announcements, not new hiring cycles or strategic pivots.

One exception worth noting: Hi Rasmus posted six new open positions this month, a modest but notable increase relative to otherwise stable platform hiring patterns.

  • Silna Health launched Predictive Document Intelligence, adding pre-submission validation of documentation against payor- and specialty-specific prior authorization requirements.
  • Catalight partnered with Frontera Health, making AI-enabled assessment, documentation, and parent-mediated care tools available across Catalight’s national nonprofit provider network.
  • AlohaABA released a new integration with TheraDriver, enabling tighter synchronization of scheduling, availability, and utilization across systems.
  • TheraDriver added ACES as a customer, expanding its footprint among top-35 ABA providers.
  • Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) acquired Jade Health, consolidating accreditation and quality programs under a single organizational umbrella. The future of the National Autism Data Registry remains unclear.
  • CentralReach added Rain to its Preferred Partner Network, offering earned wage access as an optional workforce benefit.
  • AnswersNow raised $40M in Series B funding, led by HealthQuest Capital, to support continued expansion of its virtual-first ABA care model.
