2. Platform Highlights

🔹 Passage Health – Following their recent investment round, Passage continues positioning as the infrastructure for scalable ABA operations. Their clinical phenotyping initiative hints at a strategy tying ops workflows to personalized care. (Stay tuned for future Operator Spotlight.)

🔹 Brellium – Fresh off a Series A led by First Round Capital, Brellium is leaning into real-time clinical documentation QA. Their model promises compliance with clinical uplift—critical for providers scaling with integrity. (See Operator Spotlight below for more.)

🔹 Boost – Boost emphasized its CASP 2025 presence, aiming to resonate with providers scaling quickly. Their platform focuses on compliance, rescheduling automation, and operational oversight.

🔹 AlohaABA – Continues emphasizing ecosystem-friendly strategies through improved integrations and workflow alignment, including a recently announced partnership with Ensora (formerly Therapy Brands).

🔹 Lumary – Recently launched an RCM service and landed a notable joint win with Hi Rasmus at Behavioral Framework. (Hopefully more to come in a future Operator Spotlight.)

🔹 Hipp Health– Highlighted a one-day EHR data migration.

🔹 Motivity – Motivity is now offering RCM services, further expanding its footprint from clinical-first roots into operational infrastructure.

3. Operator Spotlight – Achievements ABA

This month’s spotlight highlights Achievements ABA, one of Georgia’s largest providers, now expanding into North Carolina.

Their differentiator? Using Brellium to drive quality, not just compliance.

“We’re not here to catch mistakes—we’re here to train, empower, and uplift,” said Adina Reichenberg, Administrative Director. By integrating QA feedback loops into clinical coaching, Achievements is scaling with purpose.

As Dan Matas, an ABA compliance expert at OutcomesBase, puts it:

“Brellium stands out in the ABA space because it doesn’t just help providers pass audits—it actually improves the quality of care. The platform streamlines documentation review and gives teams the tools they need to learn, adapt, and grow.”

4. Industry Trends

🔹 ABA Five Years Out – From care models to data interoperability, our five-year look ahead explores what the future of ABA operations and tech infrastructure might demand—and who’s best positioned to meet it. This piece frames how today’s strategic moves could shape tomorrow’s winners. The ABA Stack will play a central role here—providing the operational infrastructure beneath differentiation, KPI strategies, and tech-enabled outcomes.

🔹 The API Gap – Another recent post looks at how missing or restricted APIs are holding back innovation across the ABA tech stack. Without open pathways, even the best-intentioned vendors can’t deliver on integrated care.

🔹 Anchoring in a Crowded Sea – With so many platforms chasing similar feature sets, true differentiation is less about breadth and more about clarity. Our recent blog explores how providers are selecting platforms that offer a clear strategic anchor—not just more checkboxes.

5. SCUBA Platform Signals

📉 No New Top 35 Logos – For the second month in a row, the largest ABA platforms are standing still in terms of market penetration. Plenty of noise—less evidence of traction.

📈 Hiring Flat, Product Launches Up – Multiple platforms announced new features (AI notes, RCM, integrations), but hiring remains modest, reflecting tighter capital and slower implementation timelines.

📊 Medicaid Rate Pressure – Top providers continue navigating regionally inconsistent Medicaid rates and increasing audit scrutiny.
