February 2026 Platform SCUBA Update
Theme: Measured platform activity entering Q1 conference season
Platform activity moderated this month.
Major feature launches were limited. Most visible updates centered on incremental workflow additions, partnerships, and positioning signals.
With CalABA approaching in March, several updates feel timed for booth traffic rather than structural shifts.
📉 Market Signals & Hiring Trends
There were no broad structural changes in platform hiring patterns this month.
Headcount remains largely stable across vendors. Open roles diverged modestly.
One notable exception: CentralReach increased open roles from 13 to 25 month over month.
A small cluster of platforms continue aggressive hiring, while others reduced open roles slightly or held steady.
Overall, February reflects selective scaling rather than ecosystem-wide hiring acceleration.
✅ Platform Milestones & New Signals
- Ensora appears to still support certain legacy ABA platforms, but is no longer actively marketing them on its primary website. At one time, products such as Catalyst and WebABA held meaningful presence in the autism Practice Management space. With no visible forward-facing ABA positioning, Ensora will be removed from the Platform SCUBA list pending renewed market engagement.
- EarliPoint will support a $21.9M longitudinal study at Marcus Autism Center tracking 7,500 children across behavioral, brain, and genomic measures — introducing one of the largest structured longitudinal datasets in profound autism to date.
- RethinkFirst expanded its Behavioral Health Marketplace integration with Brellium, embedding AI-driven documentation QA into workflow.
- Motivity added denial code–to–denied amount mapping and bulk transfer of billed appointments (within payer), providing more detailed revenue visibility and authorization flexibility.
- Artemis ABA introduced bulk session note downloads, highlighting documentation portability.

- U.S. headcount
- Job postings
- Top-35 provider traction
- Investment history
- ABA market focus
- Public rating signals
February reflects incremental refinement rather than broad new platform expansion.
