April 2026 Platform SCUBA Update
Theme: Signals diverge — isolated wins, uneven momentum
Platform activity remained steady this month, but signals were less uniformly distributed.
A small number of meaningful commercial and structural developments stood out, while much of the ecosystem continued to focus on incremental workflow improvements and execution.
📉 Market Signals & Hiring Trends
There were no broad changes in platform hiring patterns this month.
Headcount remains largely stable. Open roles show modest divergence across vendors.
Overall, April continues to reflect selective scaling rather than coordinated expansion.
🔹 Notable signals from April:
- Lumary secured a win with Stepping Stones Group, a large multi-disciplinary provider with a significant ABA footprint.
- Autism Testing 4 Kids (AT4K) is expanding virtual diagnostic evaluations nationwide, including direct-to-consumer access and partnerships with ABA providers.
- EarliPoint Health partnered with Netsmart to distribute its assessment technology across Netsmart’s IDD provider network.
- Brellium introduced an “email efficacy” dashboard to track whether provider-facing feedback is actually improving documentation quality.
- Hipp Health rolled out integrated clinical treatment planning within its platform, allowing plans, goals, and supporting data to be created and carried through in a single workflow.
- No meaningful presence or announcement activity around the National Autism Data Registry (NADR) at CASP 2026. What started out at Jade Health as an ambitious project seems to have been deprioritized by CASP.
